1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SpeedContactPro service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

SpeedContactPro provides a B2B SaaS platform that delivers **highly qualified business contacts** linked to **verified purchase intent**. Our AI-driven system analyzes public business data, job postings, calls for tenders, and other signals to ensure that users reach companies with **active budgets and relevant projects**. We offer Individual and Team subscription tiers to suit different business needs.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain it up-to-date. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must safeguard your login credentials.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The service, its content, features, and functionality, including the AI algorithms and contact databases, are the exclusive property of SpeedContactPro and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan. All fees are billed upfront for the subscription period (monthly or annual) and are **non-refundable in full**, except as described in our refund policy below.

5.1 Refund Policy

SpeedContactPro offers a 14-day refund period in accordance with Paddle's minimum refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund of $25 on a $49 monthly plan.

Any portion of the subscription period during which the service has been accessed, data has been viewed, exported, or otherwise consumed is considered used and may not be eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at billing@speedcontactpro.com and provide your account details. Refunds will be processed promptly using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal: If you are a consumer, you may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase. Upon cancellation, all payments received will be refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision. This does not apply to digital content that you have already accessed, downloaded, or streamed.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use SpeedContactPro for lawful business purposes only and not to exploit, copy, scrape, or redistribute our contact database. You are responsible for all activities performed through your account and must comply with applicable laws regarding email outreach, privacy, and anti-spam regulations.

7. Data Privacy

Our collection and use of personal and business data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the data in our contact database and how we protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." SpeedContactPro disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any contact information.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpeedContactPro, nor its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, as Paddle.com is acting as the Merchant of Record, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
