1. General Policy

SpeedContactPro operates as a B2B SaaS platform providing access to high-value, AI-verified business contact data linked to demonstrated purchase intent. Due to the sensitive and consumable nature of this data, refunds are handled under a strict and transparent policy.

2. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund period in accordance with Paddle's minimum refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Example: For a $49 monthly subscription, if you are not satisfied within the 14-day period, you may be eligible for a partial refund of $25.

3. Non-Refundable Usage

Any portion of the subscription period during which the service has been accessed, data has been viewed, exported, or otherwise consumed is considered used and may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, and unless stated otherwise below, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal allowing you to cancel the product without any reason. This withdrawal period expires 14 days after the conclusion of the transaction.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to cancel before the end of this 14-day period.

5. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract as described above, we will refund all payments received from you. Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to cancel. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and you will incur no fees for the refund.

6. Exception to Right of Withdrawal

Your consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of digital content that you have begun downloading, streaming, or otherwise accessing, nor to products or services you have already used.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our billing team within 14 days of your purchase by emailing billing@speedcontactpro.com and include:

  • Your registered account email
  • Your subscription plan
  • The date of purchase

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

8. Abuse and Fraud Prevention

SpeedContactPro reserves the right to deny any refund request if we detect abusive behavior, including but not limited to excessive data extraction, automated scraping, account sharing, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to the platform and associated data.

10. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy complies with applicable U.S. and international laws governing digital services and subscription-based platforms. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly agree to this policy.
